The exceptional achievements of local Brighton lawyer Philip Warford of Renaissance Legal have been recognised by the Law Society at its annual Excellence Awards.  Over 600 legal professionals and their guests joined the President of the Law Society John Wotton and BBC Broadcaster Mishal Husain at a presentation ceremony at Old Billingsgate on October 18th.

Philip Warford of Renaissance Legal was presented with his award by Law Society President John Wotton. The President said winning a Law Society Excellence Award is a great achievement and brings great recognition for individuals and firms.

Philip was the winner in the category of Legal Executive of the Year.                                  .

The awards judges commented; “Providing an outstanding service to ILEX, the legal sector and charitable organisations, Philip is an inspiration to those around him. His efforts to make the law more accessible through unique, innovative approaches to business demonstrate the lengths Philip is prepared to go to for the benefit of others.”

The annual awards recognise the most outstanding legal practitioners in their field and are open to individuals and teams across the entire legal sector.
They are designed to recognise best practice and to celebrate excellence and outstanding achievement in areas that are central to the profession today.

The awards highlight innovative business practices, successful approaches to practice management as well as contributions through social responsibility and equality and diversity initiatives.
