Editor’s update: It's with some sadness that we announce that Dr Tiziana Camilleri is no longer writing for TSN.
Mid Sussex District Council tells TSN they're looking for more people to lead free Healthy Walks. And to get things started on the right foot (no pun intended - honest!) they have organised a training course for volunteers on Thursday 10 February.
TSN is told the Healthy Mid Sussex Partnership has funded the development of a brilliant online resource of local health and wellbeing services for readers in Mid Sussex.
This is a very big topic and because of that I’m going to split it up into two separate articles. This week I’m going to cover what is known as “short acting contraception” and then in a couple of weeks I will cover the newer “longer acting contraception”.
Change4Life, ITV and walking groups, including Mid Sussex District Council Healthy Walks, joined together to hold ITV’s Walk4Life Day on Sunday 26 September. The South-East area ITV-sponsored walk took place in sunny Brighton, and went from Hove Lawns for 2 miles along the seafront.
