There are things that both landlords and tenants can do to minimise problems, and to prevent them from becoming more serious.  Any problem needs to be recognised, accepted, and resolved promptly. Sometimes landlords will let a situation go on for too long before they do anything about it. This is not constructive for either landlord or tenant. The landlord could end up losing a lot of money and the tenant could end up in Court. Anybody who is unhappy about a situation needs to deal with it.

Security Agencies to Crack Down on Home Baking?

In the wake of a recent security scare in which a “woman” was caught red handed trying to bring two cupcakes aboard a plane at Las Vegas airport, security services the world over are now on the alert for attempts by “people” to smuggle bread crumbs, scones, vanilla essence, waffles and other bomb-making equipment aboard aircraft.

The last fortnight has, as usual, been stressful and overwhelming. The pile of work on my desk literally towers over me as I slave away at the computer, with facebook minimised of course, it’s almost unnatural for any student not have facebook on whilst working. The continuing story

My first impression of Sussex from a lad aged eleven down from Surrey was apart from the sea it was nothing special, in fact I though the country side was rather bland.
But we live and learn, and gradually as Sussex became my home and Surrey a memory as my mind began to change.

Part 1

By RockSteady

This is a continual tale about running in Sussex and elsewhere.
How running motivates, inspires, tires, energises, relaxes, calms, and gets a person on a high that no drug could ever do.
What I see, feel and experience whilst running, how running can form friendships that are linked by a shared passion. How running can make you feel so close to nature but even closer to yourself.
How I think running is good for relationships.
How I wish I had taken it up earlier.
A journey of favourite runs, through all seasons.
